At Xarlenoxvorquenx, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription. This Return Policy describes the conditions under which we issue refunds for our media album and slideshow creation plans.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- The request is for your first payment on a new plan (Creator or Studio).
- You have not exported more than two full video slideshows during the billing period.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Renewal payments for existing subscriptions after the initial 14-day window.
- Partial months — subscription fees cover the full billing cycle.
- Free plan accounts (no payment is made on the Free plan).
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Use.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within the eligible window via our contact page. Please include your account email and the date of purchase. Our team will review your request and respond within two business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a paid plan to the Free tier, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the remaining period of a downgraded plan unless it falls within the initial 14-day refund window.
Changes to This Policy
Xarlenoxvorquenx reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on xarlenoxvorquenx.ddd.
